RETURNS POLICY

Orders delivered in good conditions cannot be returned.

Goods not picked up for delivery at first will attract 50% extra charge on the second attempt of delivery.

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Loowie Ideas will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
